FALL FESTIVAL EVENTS
Flea Market
If you would like to rent a table for the Flea market on Saturday, please call the Town Hall 418-392-4042 to reserve.  There is a limit of 25 tables inside the tent; however there will also be place outside for those who are interested.  Thank You.

Entertainment
Friday night we have Tammy Adams and for Saturday afternoon, Saturday night and Sunday afternoon, back by popular demand for the weekend are Mike Pollard and the Unpopular, they will also have some very special invited guests performing such as Michelle Vautour, Steeve Smith, Ola Vautour and Ralph Pollard.

Soap Box Derby
**Please note that Route Gallagher will be closed from 11:30 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, Oct. 3rd and from 11 AM to 1 PM on Sunday. Between McKay and the Municipal grounds.  All access to the Hall will be via Irishtown – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Supper
There will be a Chicken & Roast Beef supper provided by Boulangerie Patisserrie Chez Pierre on Saturday, Oct. 3rd from 5 PM to 7 PM at the Community Center.  The cost for adults is $10 & for children 12 & under $6.

Brunch
Sunday, Oct. 4th, from 8 AM to 11 AM there will be a brunch provided by The Rotary Club.  The cost is $6.00.
**You can pick up a schedule of events at Dépanneur St. Jules, Sexton’s Fly Shop or the Town Hall.

Council meeting
Municipal  Council  meeting will be held on October  7th at 7:30PM.

Dépanneur St. Jules
As of October 3rd, Winter Hours will be 6AM – 8PM

A big Thank You to all those who participated in the walk.  Thank you once again to William Jerome for collecting donations in Gesgapegiag, and thank you to all of our volunteers, without all of you this would not be possible.  This year our total was an awesome $3, 500.00!!  We look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Pictures of the Fall Festival

Over the Fall Festival weekend, if you take some pictures on a digital camera, you can post them to Facebook at the Fall Fest site. 

Garbage container
There will be a garbage container at the Dry Dump on October 23th from  8AM to 5PM.  Metal, fridges, stoves, furniture, mattresses and items of that enature will be accepted.  We will not be accepting any branches, wood, tires or dangerous materials.  Thank you.

Breaking through the Boundaries
The Women`s centers of the region are organizing a get together entitled ¨Breaking through the Boundaries¨ uniquely for English  speaking  people of the area. Your participation is requested to make this event a success on November 20th at the Galgoasiet Natural Resource Center in Gesgapegiag, Please sign up to join in the activities and reserve your place.

Snow Removal
The Town Council is now accepting sealed envelope to the Town Hall on uniquely for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  All bids must be received by the Director General no later than October 29th  at 3:30PM.

Fifty Plus Club Events
A friendly reminder that bingo has resumed at the Fifty Plus Club, Tuesdays at 7PM. The entry fee for bingo will be $5.00 for two cards and $1.00 ch additional card. Dame the Pique is on Friday, also at 7PM. For the card game, you need to have a partner when you arrive and the price is $5.00 per person.
